In response to the "Goat's Head" chanting, I thought I'd post a photo of what it looked like on the plate last time. Just to get David back in the mood.
If you look closely, you'll be able to recognise what part of the goat's head we have here.
(I'm sure David would be posting this himself, if the internet cafe connection was quick enough. Definitely.)

Hmm... not any more appetizing than it was last time I saw it.
Our driver, Emmanuel, drove us past the goat-head stall the other day. He was laughing like a drain as he remembered the 'hilarious' goat-head episode.
Actually catering has been good this time, with the bishop's new cook, Peter. Plenty of rice, chicken, semavita and even some pineapple (local) - lovely!
